Do you ever see people who seem to live the same repetitive life? They live the same events, bad luck follows them everywhere, they have the same problems and same kind of feelings. Well, it is that way for a reason. But, it doesn’t have to be.

5 Things to Attract Better Things Into Your Life

1. You have to believe

You have heard of the saying “I’ll believe it when I see it.” Right? I have used it many times myself. But little did I know you have to believe what you want first and then it can be yours.

Our brains or egos you see will protect us from just about anything, even the belief that we don’t deserve things. And if you don’t believe it, it will never happen.

When you know you deserve something, you can feel it in your heart and it can be yours. But you MUST believe you are worthy, you can learn, or you can do whatever it is you want to do.

It does take work but it doesn’t have to be hard. You do need to surround yourself with positive people with similar beliefs.

When you feed your brain the right messages, you start to believe. Myself, it was hard to find like-minded people, so I turned to books, podcasts, etc. Listen to those who LIVE what you want and you will get there.

2. You need to visualize

Whatever it is we want, we must be able to visualize it. This will help develop clarity as to what you really want. If it’s a house you want, you need all of the details from the number of bedrooms to deck, pool, colors, etc. And then imagine how you would feel living in the house. You want a car, visualize the type of car and you drive the car and how you feel in the car. You get it.

Close your eyes and visualize what you want and all its details. See it clearly. Picture yourself actually using what you desire and again, how you feel when you have it.

3. Create a dream board

This goes along to help drive home the visualization.  This process has proven to help many obtain what they want to attract.

To create a dream board you can cut out images of things you must have in your life, then add them to your dream board. In a journal, write down the feelings you want to experience when you look at the dream board. Look at it daily.

4. Act as if you already have it

Remember, you must believe to receive. Everything you want in life, no matter what you say it is, you want it because you believe it will make you feel better having it.

To start, you need t5o have those “high vibrations” so you can feel and attract better. They don’t come with a negative attitude.

The second benefit of feeling good, aside from the fact that you feel good, you attract better.

Do whatever it takes to make you feel good. Make sure you start your day feeling good. Find it!

Then practice gratitude, meditation, or something silly. Learn what worked for you to feel amazing.

I start my morning meditating about what it is I want to attract. And then throughout the day if I stumble upon a bad moment or something that has gotten me rattled, I think of the beach or believe it not, a poo emoji laughing at me. Whatever makes you laugh, do it. Stay on track with good vibes only. 🙂

5. You have to do the work

Doing the work doesn’t have to be hard, but you do have to do the work. Things will not drop in your lap. If you see someone like this whom you think does nothing but gets everything, you are wrong. They are working for it, good or bad.

But if you want to attract anything in life, you do need to take action. This is where many people fail. They think they can be happy, visualize and things will happen. NOPE!

Word to the wise though. Never take action with negative feelings. It will only set you back. If you take action with inspiration and positive vibes, you will take action with ease.

Clear your mind, focus and direct all of your energy with clear intent. That is when you will attract those things you want to attract.

Your actions come from, inspiration, passion, joy…and from those, miracles happen! 🙂
